The Anchor Boys' are the youngest section of our company, age 5-7 years (school years reception, 1, 2 & 3).
Like the other sections they also complete a number of skills, this earns them Anchor Boy achievement awards.
A typical Friday night will start off with games, these include; stuck in the mud, port 'n' starboard, basketball and lots more, at the start of the year, we enjoy having our annual fancy dress party, the leaders even dress up too.
During the second half of a normal evening the lads can work on achievements or participate in Arts and Crafts. Being an Anchor Boy is all about having fun - and there is plenty of opportunity for that!
Recently, as the photograph show, we visited Kempston Fire station, this was great fun! Looking round the fire engines and squirting the hoses! (Many thanks to our friends on blue watch)
